1. Signed Reservation Agreement Form, (just affix your signature in the client portion, we will do the rest, and we will email you back the furnished form)

2. Filled up and Signed Buyer's Information Sheet (with your personal information and signature on the client portion at the bottom part)

3. Signed Signature Specimen Form (please sign with the signatures that you are using for business transactions, same signature for all 3 rows)

4. Photocopy/scanned copy of valid & government-issued I.D.

5. Reservation fee of:

Uptown Arts Residence - Php 60,000
Park McKinley West - Php 60,000
9 Central Park - Php 50,000
